Adisyn's 1st day of 2nd grade!!

Her backpack!! Silly girl!!

Well....she was sooo excited that she forgot something!

Mom, Ashly and I were waiting for Adisyn to get home from school. Adisyn didn't know that Ashly was coming over to see her today. When she saw here she was very excited as you can see in the 2 pics above.

She sat at her desk and started to color.

Poor Adisyn she was so nervous. It didn't hit her until we pulled in to the parking lot. She told me that her tummy and head was hurting her. When she got out of the car she made a face similar to the pic above. I really thought she was going to throw up. I told her it will go away soon. We walked up to the school and when we got to her class she felt better.

Adisyn's 7th Birthday

This year we decided to give Adisyn a small small party because Kaden had his 1st bday this yr. We had her cousin Kyleigh stay with us for a few days. Adisyn was really happy about that. Evan stayed with us on her birthday. So we just ate hamburgers and hotdogs at my mom's house. Christina, Elsa, and Ashly also came over. All Adisyn asked for was clothes, some Hannah Montana Movie, a Selina Gomez CD, real animal videos and books. She loves to read. She wanted a movie called "Earth" but it wasn't out yet. She likes watching animal shows from the Discovery and National Geographics channel. I can't believe she is 7!! She is such a caring, funny, and smart little girl.

JC Parade

Here we are at the parade. Adisyn and Kaden had fun. He loved the suckers. He would pick one up and try to eat it without unwrapping it. He was sooo sticky. Adisyn just had to wear her horse shirt because later we we're going to the rodeo. She put her boots on when we got there. She looked cute!!

Girl Scout Camp!!

Celeste sorry it took a month to put these pics up. So she loved it! The counsler told me that she got home sick the first night. She was fine after that night. She won the barrel racing on a stick horse. She went swimming, rode a horse, played games, and sang songs around the camp fire. Next year wants to go to the horse and cooking camp.

Girl Scouts Camp

Adisyn is so excited because she gets to go to a Girl Scout Camp on Lake Travis. They have a lot of different camps for her age group to choose from and of course she chose the Horse Camp. Since she is going to 2nd grade she is a Brownie. So we drop her off on June 15th and pick her up on the 17th. I'm kinda scared cause she has never stayed with people she doesn't know but I think it will be a good experience for her. At the camp she will learn all about horses, meet the camp horses, and take a pony ride at the equestrian center. Make a handcrafted, keepsake stick horse and race it in the Stick Horse Rodeo. Milk a wild cow, herd balloon pigs and participate in a calf-roping contest!

Last month she went to a basketball camp and in August she will go to Camp Peniel. She is staying busy.

Kaden looks so much alike Adisyn when she was little. I think its so neat. Of course the big difference was their hair color and amount of it. I wonder what our next baby will look like.

So on sunday we went to spend time with Travis's parents. Stephen gave Kaden some ice cream then they both fell asleep. It was so cute.

So Jessica had a nice party. Her theme was zebra. Her tables were pretty. Krissy made her cake and it looked awesome! They also had a display of what her shop will look like. Whoever made it did a great job. Its going to be cute.

Kaden's 1st Birthday!!

We had Kaden's 1st Birthday Party at my mom's house. I put some plastic balls in a little blow up pool for the babies. We also had a slip n slide, a small pool for the little ones and pinata. It turned out great! All the kids had a blast. There was around 15 kids. Kaden had lots of fun. We didn't know but Adisyn had gotten him a gift. She gave him a one of her stuffed animals and her horn. Ashly was a little upset because she had given Adisyn the horn. That was really thoughtful of Adisyn though. I'll post a couple more when my mom emails them to me. After his party was over Ashly gave him a bath and he feel asleep before I could get his pjs on. So I put them on while he was asleep. He was sooooo tired.

Organic

So a couple of months ago I started using organic shampoo and conditioner for dry scalp because nothing else was helping. Well it worked and I LOVE it. I let Adisyn use my conditioner to help moisterize her hair and she loves it too. Well since then I've bought organic bodywash, toothpaste and deoderant for us. I also bought the kids organic shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. I started using organic milk with DHA and omegas in it for the Kaden. I also try to by organic food but HEB doesn't have a lot of choices. I need to go to Central Market. I've been bringing samples of vitamins for Adisyn because she is really picky. I've wasted a whole bottle before.
So 5 samples later we found one that she likes. Its not a pill. It looks like pudding. She sucked it down. I'm glad she picked that one because it has omega3 in it. Anyway I don't know whats come over me but I like it.

My brother Frankie started this sports camp DETERMINED ATHLETES SERVING HIM 3 summers ago for boys and girl ages 8-18 in Marble Falls. This past Tuesday was the first day for his camp and he had 19 kids. Sebastian our cousin who graduated this year is helping Frankie coach this summer since he is to old for the camp. So he asked me to make sure the parents complete the registration forms, record times and measurements. On their first and last day he has the kids do a 40yrd dash, 20yrd shuttle, broad jump and vertical jump. He told them that he guarantees that by the end of camp they will beat their times and jumps from the the first day of camp. In the past 3 summers he has not had a kid not beat their times or jumps. Yesterday he had his best friend Kris Heavner to talk to the kids about his experiences. Kris was a quarterback in high school and some in college. Now he is coaching a college football team. I'm sorry but I don't know which college or which part of the football team he is coaching. When you a kids stuff like that is a big deal and they were excited when Frankie told them Kris was going to talk to them. Anyway I really enjoyed helping Frankie and watch the kids. I am so proud of Frankie. He has accomplished so much for his age.
